Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.

How can I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please provide 48 hours for monitoring information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 5 days of receipt of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@bylouise.fr indicating your name and your order number, and we will examine for you.
Refunds, feedback and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original state, and we will reimburse you the total amount of the order, see our return policy
